FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

Term Length:

15 years or length of lease (not including option years)
Franchise Payments: 4% of net sales paid weekly by ACH electronic transfer for the first year of operations.

5% of net sales for the remainder of franchise agreement

Franchise Fee: $35,000

Covers the right to own and operate a Wintzell’s Oyster House restaurant

Covers the use of the Wintzell’s Oyster House trade name, trademarks, recipes, décor package and manner of doing business.
